WARRANTY

At QUANTUM, we engineer quality into all of our products and we field test them to ensure they perform over the long haul.

All of our bearing models come with a standard 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, This warranty covers:

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

• Covers rolling elements, retainer cage/raceway/shields

The warranty does not cover:

• Failure resulting from lack of maintenance or proper cleaning

• Bent or damaged shields from improper installation

• Except for Diamonds and Fusion models, warranty does not include any damage due to exposure to water

To make a warranty claim, you must present proof of purchase (print receipt, screen shot of order notification, email receipt, etc). Without proof of purchase, we will charge for bearing replacements.

We also do not warranty bearings purchased from third party suppliers like Ebay, Amazon, Alibaba. To ensure your bearings are protected by our warranty, please purchase from your local skate shop or directly from QUANTUM.

Note that for all warranty claims, QUANTUM reserves the right to repair bearings or replace bearings at the company’s discretion.
